I was wondering if anyone here did this? I was also wondering if it's worth it? As in being cost efficient? I had someone tell me that the press costs around $400 but would be made back in the savings. I got these numbers: .40 caliber at 17 cents a round. Sound about right?

Your numbers do sound about right, from what I understand. I have not personally cast my own bullets as of yet, but I know someone who does. I do reload however, and it saves me lots of money. I went to the range a few weeks ago and fired off 350 .45 ACP rounds. All in all, it cost me slightly less then 70 bucks.
