Greetings all! I'm new to this forum but I didn't see an introduction section : ). I have a couple of .22 pistols, a Ruger .22/45 and a Browning Buck Mark. I still cannot get .22 ammo for any reasonable price, and I refuse to pay 80 bucks for it. Are all you folks having the same problem still?

It's definitely not that bad up in Canada. I'm still paying the same prices and have a fairly easy time finding it. :D

AHHH! You Canadians lucked out then! There are a few web pages who claim that gun stores are purposely hoarding the ammunition away, and claiming it's still hard to find. Of course, this would give them an excuse to charge more. I am not sure that this is true, however, it wouldn't surprise me. Whatever the reason may be, I refuse to pay 50 bucks for a brick of .22 ammo, when it was less then 20 bucks before.
